RTG Leadership Academy

The RTG Leadership Academy is a comprehensive two-year program designed to equip recent college graduates with the essential skills and experiences needed to pursue careers in leading companies or entrepreneurship. While serving as contractors with our clients, RTG collaborates closely with associates to enhance both individual contributor and leadership abilities through targeted training, coaching, and mentorship. Throughout this hands-on, on-the-job training, participants will apply their academic knowledge while developing competencies in areas such as Project Management, PDCA, Process Improvement, Standardization, Problem Solving, Relationship Building, Conflict Resolution, Effective Communication and Listening, Strong Decision Making, and Managing Up Leadership. This integrated approach of theory and practice aims to cultivate capable and effective leaders.
