RTG Leadership Academy

The RTG Leadership Academy is a two-year training program that is designed to provide recent college graduates with the opportunity to gain the required skills and experiences necessary to secure careers with major companies and/or entrepreneurship.   While working with our clients as contractors, RTG will partner with our associates to provide them the opportunity to improve individual contributor and leadership skills through training, coaching and mentorship.  During this 'On-The- Job' training experience, candidates will have the opportunity to utilize what was learned in college while building skills in areas like Project Management, PDCA, Process Improvement, Standardization, Problem Solving, Relationship Building, Conflict Resolution, Effective Communication and Listening, Strong Decision Making and 'Managing Up Leadership'.  This combination of principle and practice will create strong leaders.
